Elena...( that's Elena 1)...

...works as a cook, bored, father has a new wife...looks about 20.. ( 29?) wants to see America and start a new life after some disappointments. Russian ( Ukrainian) men are drunks and unkind to their women she says...That in the nutshell was the cover story./

This turns out the be a language translation scam, several letters are exchanged, the nice lady/girl falls in love with you but can no longer afford to pay the translation costs to a supposed translation service. The translation firm/translator is giving you a quotation as to cost per month, rates on amount of traffic pictures etc. In short, a scam.
Several other similar outfits are running the same or similar racket.
A lot of the pictures sent appear to be genuine, probably a production with someone who for a few dollars goes along with the gag. Cost to the victim about $250 a month, payable via western union.
Pictures of  Elena 1 looked somewhat American actually and may be fraudulently used, who knows.

...these pictures look more like photographs of a girl from the American Midwest...they are certainly not from a 29 year old cook from the Ukraine who needs a language translation service to communicate with some old goof in north America, falls in love after two translated letters and is then looking for $250 a month to keep up the charade.

Some of the street scenes look American...too bad I already junked most of this stuff but managed to pull a few pictures out of the deleted junk pile. I suspect that some fake translation service is using this file...she, whoever she may be may not even be aware of it.
