Nice looking teacher...got married, husand took off when she got pregnant ,now has a young daughter and is looking to make a new life. The story is somewhat believable but after a couple of letters exchanged the translation service needs money because poor Miss. Julia is behind on her account.
Needles to say...it's a scam.

The translation service offers details of costs/ how to pay etc.It's a language translation scam....there are similar copycats...
